Mr. Brian Reilly, CFA, is Vice President-Asset Management at Great Point Investors LLC.
He is responsible for a portfolio of comprising of over 1.7 million square feet of office and industrial properties in seven markets.
His responsibilities include selecting and overseeing third-party property management and leasing firms, developing and implementing strategic asset plans, negotiating leases, evaluating and overseeing dispositions, preparing property valuations and preparing annual client business plans.
Mr. Reilly has several years of real estate experience.
Prior to joining Great Point Investors, he was a Vice President at AEW Capital Management where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for the AEW Partners Funds.
Mr. Reilly holds a BS in marketing from Boston College, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
