Prior to founding SE Capital, he was a Managing Director and Practice Leader in the Investment Banking Group at JP Morgan & Co. Prior to that, Mr. Bernstein spent 15 years in various banking, capital markets, and corporate finance positions with Banc of America Securities, LLC, First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc. and NationsBank Corporation.
