Bill Deaver has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Totem Ocean Trailer Express, Inc. since 2004.
He is a Director of King and Pierce County Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Snohomish County, the Morris Thompson Cultural & Visitors Center Board and Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce Total Resource Campaign.
Prior to joining Totem Ocean Trailer Express, he was a Director of AEDC, ALPAR, Sealife Center, the Alaska Trucking Association, World Trade Center Boston, Inc., Alaskans for Alaskans in Transportation, Arctic North and Covenant House.
