He is currently a member of the steering committee of AAAE’s Corporate Committee.
Mr. DeCosta also serves on several aviation-focused corporate boards including Corsair portfolio company Vantage Airport Group.
Mr. DeCosta holds a B.A.
in Physics from Queens College and earned his J.D.
from New York Law School.
He served as an attorney and human resources manager for the Port Authority of NY and NJ as well as Chief of Staff in the New York City Human Resources Administration.
Mr. DeCosta also attended Harvard’s Kennedy School program for state and local officials.
