Prior to joining Valor, Ms. Bychowski held the role of executive assistant and analyst to the Head of Global Portfolio Construction and Risk Management at Citadel Investment, LLC in Chicago.
During her time with Citadel, Ms. Bychowski oversaw the compilation of portfolio committee information, the updating of reports for prospective and current investors, and the management of department projects.
Previously, Ms. Bychowski held the role of office manager with Stockbridge Real Estate Funds and executive assistant to the Vice Chairman and Global Industrial Practice Leader at Spencer Stuart in Chicago.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ms. Bychowski spent several years as the office manager and executive assistant to the chairman and founder of Sg2, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm in Evanston, Illinois.
