Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Amundi Investment Solutions SA is the wholly-owned investment management subsidiary of Amundi SA (Investment Management), ultimately helf by Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA) in France. Established in 2005, the firm is based in Paris and specializes in structured products, alternative investment solutions and exchange-traded funds. Through their CASAM Advisers subsidiary, they create customized portfolios of institutional quality hedge fund managed accounts. Amundi Investment Solutions' structuring and alternative investment products are available to institutional investors, corporate investors, private banking and distributors around the world through the Calyon and Amundi sales teams.

Crédit Agricole Structured Asset Management SA (CASAM) was created in 2005 as a joint venture between Crédit Agricole Asset Management Financial Solutions, a holding company of Crédit Agricole Asset Management, and Calyon, Crédit Agricole CIB (Calyon). Located in Paris, CASAM specializes in structured products, alternative investment solutions and exchange traded funds (ETFs), providing innovative structured solutions using the most appropriate underlying instrument, pay-off formula, wrapper and performance objective within the investors' regulatory environment and overall investment strategy. The firm entrusts their fund administration to CACEIS, a banking group dedicated to institutional and corporate clients with offices in Europe, North America and Asia.
