In 2003, BCM converted from a limited liability company to a limited partnership. Then, in January 2004, their name was changed to Balyasny Asset Management LP. They are a subsidiary of Balyasny Asset Management Holdings LP. BAM provides investment advisory services to high net-worth individuals and institutional clients through privately offered pooled investment funds.
