Mr. Fligor is focused on developing the value proposition for the products or services being sold, defining the actual sales process, executing the sales program, followed by measuring the results to determine how effective and efficient the sales engine is, then growing the business to reach record results.
Mr. Fligor began his career working with several high-tech start-up companies.
In each case the company had developed advanced technology that was in search of a problem to solve.
With each opportunity, Mr. Fligor, developed and refined his very structured and methodical approach to business development culminating in his employment with Fidelity Investments.
At Fidelity Investments he was specifically recruited to commercialize internally developed internet and workflow software technologies that processed the transactions at Fidelity’s retail operation.
In 1999 Mr. Fligor applied his business development methodology to the consulting world.
He joined Sherwood Management Group to sell their services through the private equity firms to their portfolio companies.
Within two years he had penetrated the private equity industry and generated millions of dollars of revenue for Sherwood.
Mr. Fligor is a regular guest lecturer at Babson College’s MBA program on Sales and Sales Management.
He has presented and taught his methodology to more than 500 highly successful salespeople and has been a speaker at many industry conferences.
Mr. Fligor graduated from Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
