Generally known under their trading name, Pioneer Alternative Investments, PAI was established in 1999 and manages hedge funds listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. In 2002, they acquired funds of hedge funds firm Momentum Group. Headquartered in Dublin, PAI has research and investment professionals located in Dublin, New York, London, Geneva and Milan. (Switzerland), (PAI-CH), is the Carouge-based operating division of Pioneer Alternative Investments (PAI) in Dublin, the alternative asset management arm of UniCredit SpA (MI: UCG) in Italy. PAI has research and investment centres in Dublin, New York, London, Geneva and Milan.
