Movestic Kapitalförvaltning AB (Movestic Kapital) is the Swedish Fund of Funds management subsidiary of Movestic Livfösäkring AB, itself a subsidiary of Chesnara plc (LON: CSN) in Great Britain. Movestic Kapital was FOUNDED in 2008 when Chesnara plc acquired Swedish life insurance and pensions company Moderna Försäkringar Liv AB. Formerly known as Moderna Fonder & Analys AB, the firm was renamed Movestic Kapitalförvaltning AB and was created to separate the fund selection and management activities from Moderna Försäkringar Liv AB. Headquartered in Stockholm, Movestic Kapital manages the Movestic mutual fund range.

Solidar Fonder AB (Solidar) is the fund management subsidiary of Solidar AB in Sweden. Established in 2001 and formerly known as Systematiska Fonder JPA AB, the firm was acquired by Solidar AB in 2011. They are based in Umea with an additional office in Stockholm and manage their Plus fund range, as well as other mutual funds.
