Prior to joining Atlantic Trust, Mr. Cohen was a leveraged loan analyst with Fuji Bank Ltd.
He also served as a credit analyst with Banca de Roma S.p.A.
where he performed in depth analysis of middle and large market capitalization companies.
Mr. Cohen earned his BA from The College of Wooster and MBA, with a concentration in accounting and finance, from Loyola University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
He is a member of the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR), the CFA Society of Chicago (formerly the IASC), and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
