Prior to joining Baring, Mr. Calberg was a Managing Partner of FiansCapital from 1998 to 2000.
Before his position at FiansCapital, he held various positions at companies such as; Deputy Managing Director of Grupo Financiero Bancrecer, Partner of Somoza, Cortina y Asocicados and Senior Vice-President of Grupo Financiero InverMexico from 1992 to 1997.
Mr. Calberg was Senior Representative and Mexico Country Manager of Bank of Montreal.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
