Zorlu Enerji's female employees came together at the BizEnerji meeting with Storyteller and Art Therapist Judith Liberman and Alaşehir Women's Cooperative President Selen Türker Öküzcüoğlu. At the event, it was underlined that women could easily overcome many issues with their imagination and production competence.

Zorlu Enerji, the energy company of the future, crowns its 9th traditional BizEnerji meeting welcoming esteemed guests to its female employees. Zorlu Enerji employees came together with Storyteller and Art Therapist Judith Liberman and Alaşehir Women's Cooperative President Selen Türker Öküzcüoğlu at the "BizEnerji" meeting held within the 8 March International Women's Day event.

The event was moderated by Funda Küçükosmanoğlu, Zorlu Enerji Corporate Communications Group Manager. Selen Türker, the President of Alaşehir Women's Cooperative, narrated their efforts to develop and expand women's labor cooperatives and the Alaşehir Women's Cooperative. She also emphasized that the bags they wanted to produce as a gift for female employees of Zorlu Enerji on 8 March were one of their most significant orders.

"We grow and become stronger with women"

In her speech, Selan Türker stated: "We have become an organization where women from Alaşehir participated in the economy, expressed themselves socially, and had a good time. Therefore, I can say that we are a pioneer in empowering women in the region. Here, women often contribute to the growth of the cooperative through voluntary work and undertaking conducting social responsibility projects. Together, we grow and become stronger with women."

Everything changes with new perspectives

Storyteller and Art Therapist Judith Liberman, who believes in the power of dreaming together and that good things will emerge from dreaming, emphasized the importance of considering every subject with curiosity and rethinking fairy tales. Lieberman continued: "It is necessary to think about the opposite of the fairy tales in which women are portrayed as victims. So many things change in life after a woman drawn as a victim changes her own story and begins to see herself as a hero. As all, we see how strong the women are when we change the stories of women in fairy tales. When we liberate women in fairy tales, we also liberate ourselves in stories and real life."
