Zions Bancorporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share. The dividend, on par with the previous dividend and up from $0.01 per share a year prior, is payable February 26, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 19, 2015.
The board of directors also declared the regular quarterly cash dividends on the company's various perpetual preferred shares. The cash dividends on the Series A, F, G, H, & J shares are payable on March 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2015. The dividends on Series I shares were also declared and are payable on June 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2015.
