Rich Barton - Co-‐Founder and Executive Chairman@Rich_Barton
Rich is co-‐founder and Executive Chairman of Zillow. He served as Chief Executive Officer from 2005, when the company was founded, until September 2010 when he passed the baton to Spencer Rascoff. Before co-‐founding Zillow, Rich founded Expedia, the world's largest online travel agency.
Expedia was started within Microsoft in 1994, when Rich was 26 and then spun out in 1999 as a public company; Rich served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director until 2003. Rich also co-‐founded and serves as Non-‐Executive Chairman of Glassdoor,

for jobs; and Trover, a social discovery site.
Rich is also a venture partner at Benchmark Capital in Menlo Park, CA and is on the Boards of Directors at Netflix, Avvo, RealSelf, and CommonSenseMedia.Org. Rich earned a bachelor's degree in general engineering: industrial economics from Stanford University.

Spencer Rascoff is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Zillow. Spencer joined the company as one of its founding employees in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Marketing and served as its Chief Operating Officer from October 2008 through his promotion to CEO in September 2010, leading the company through its IPO in July 2011.
In 1999, Spencer co-‐founded Hotwire.com, a leading Internet travel company, which was sold to Expedia in 2003. Spencer then became Vice President of Lodging for Expedia, where he ran Expedia's largest and most profitable business line. Before his consumer Web career, Spencer was a private equity investor at TPG Capital, and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, and Allen & Company.
Spencer is a recognized leader in real estate and technology and has received numerous awards including: Fortune's 2012 40 Under 40 Hottest Young Stars in Business, Forbes' America's Most Powerful CEOs 40 and Under in 2012 and 2013, Inman News' 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in 2012, Inman News' 2011 Innovator of the Year Award, Puget Sound Business Journal's 2011 40 Under 40 and Puget Sound Business Journal's 2008 CFO of the Year finalist.
Spencer graduated cum laude from Harvard University, and he serves on Harvard University's Digital Community & Social Networking Advisory Group. Spencer is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), and the Policy Advisory Board at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies. Spencer is also on the Boards of Directors of Room 77, a privately-‐held online travel company, and Julep, a beauty brand product.

Greg is responsible for strategy, direction and operation of the sales and partner relations teams. He joined Zillow in 2006 as Vice President of Sales and has built a national sales team and the company's advertising sales platform for the website and location-‐based mobile platform.
Before joining Zillow, Greg was Vice President of Advertising Sales at CNNMoney.com where he built the advertising sales team and platform. He was also National Accounts Director for Yahoo! Inc.'s Automotive and Finance properties.
Greg has also held various positions at DoubleClick, Inc., including Director of Business Development, and he co-‐founded the wireless advertising business unit. Greg graduated from Hamilton College with a bachelor's degree in political science.

As CMO, Amy is responsible for all marketing and communications at Zillow, including brand, public relations, mobile and social media marketing, email, and advertising - including the company's first-‐ever TV campaign. As one of Zillow's earliest employees, Amy has been a critical force behind the company's brand and traffic growth, building Zillow's communications and marketing infrastructure and programs from the ground up to grow traffic to 46 million monthly unique visitors. She is frequently cited as a housing and marketing expert, appearing on CNN, Good Morning America, CBS This Morning and CNBC.
Prior to joining Zillow in 2005, Amy ran communications for Hotwire, a discount travel site. She led the PR launch of Hotwire in 2000, and continued through the company's $675 million acquisition by IAC/InterActiveCorp in 2003.
Amy started her career as a broadcast journalist, working for various CBS, NBC and ABC affiliates. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications from Washington & Lee University.

As CTO, David manages the Technical Engineering team and is responsible for all website, mobile and internal product development, corporate IT, and datacenter operations. One of the initial members of the Expedia team, David held many leadership roles in product development during
his 10-‐year tenure there. He began as a software design engineer in 1994,
and left Expedia as CTO in 2005. Before his Expedia years, David worked at Microsoft in the handheld computing group. David earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and a master's of engineering degree in computer science from Cornell University.
Chad joined Zillow in 2006 and built all finance, accounting and treasury
functions, which he continues to oversee.
Prior to joining Zillow, Chad held positions of Assistant Controller and Financial Integrity Manager for Ticketmaster Entertainment. Previously, Chad was Vice President and Assistant Controller for Countrywide Bank. Before Countrywide, Chad served as Supervising Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, where he worked out of both San Jose, Calif., and Melbourne, Australia offices in their Technology, Communications and Entertainment practice.
He started his career as financial planning analyst for Novellus Systems. Chad graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of California.

David is responsible for the product, sales and customer operations for Zillow's rentals marketplace. David joined Zillow in May 2012 through its acquisition of RentJuice, the leading provider of marketing tools and services to property managers and landlords of rental properties, where he was co-‐founder and CEO from 2008 to 2012.
Before RentJuice, David focused on consumer Internet investing at Mayfield Fund and was in online product development at International Data Group (IDG). He grew up managing several rental buildings in Miami Beach and earned an AB in economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Lantz is the Director of Zillow Mortgage Marketplace and a mortgage expert for Zillow. She leads Zillow's efforts to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about financing homes. She has held various roles in the mortgage industry throughout the decade.
Most recently, Erin was the Senior Vice President at Bank of America where she led the Centralized Sales purchase home loan business. Before entering the mortgage industry, she worked at the Boston Consulting Group. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of
Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Zillow, RJ was a partner with Seattle-‐based alternative investment fund, Kosmos Management LLC. Previously, he worked as a sell-‐side analyst covering consumer equities for Ragen Mackenzie of Wells Fargo Investments, and prior to that RJ ran investor relations for Nordstrom.
Before starting his career in corporate finance, RJ was a Commissioned Officer in
the United States Army. RJ graduated from the United States Military Academy
at West Point with a Bachelor's in Science in Systems Engineering, and earned
an MBA from the University of Washington.

Lloyd Frink is co-‐founder and Vice Chairman of Zillow and is responsible for long-‐ term strategic direction. Before co-‐founding Zillow, Lloyd was at Expedia, where he was Senior Vice President, Supplier Relations, managing the air, hotel, car, destination services, content, merchandising and partner marketing groups. Lloyd joined Expedia in 1995 as one of the original members of the team. From 1988 to
1994, Lloyd worked at Microsoft where he started the group that created products eventually evolving into the Tablet PC and Pocket PC. One of the youngest interns ever hired at Microsoft, Lloyd interned summers from 1979 until 1987. Lloyd graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Kathleen is responsible for all company legal matters and business development. Before joining Zillow, Kathleen served as General Counsel for FanSnap, a search engine for live event tickets. Kathleen also has served as General Counsel for Pure Digital Technologies (the maker of the Flip Video camcorder), StubHub and Hotwire. Kathleen began her legal career in private practice at Cooley Godward and Stoel Rives. Kathleen earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago.
