Bassam A.I. Al-Mutawa acquired 75.97% stake in Kriptech International Corp. from Meshal Al Mutawa on August 31, 2020. Under the transaction, Bassam acquired 8 million restricted shares of the Kriptech’s issued and outstanding common stock. Meshal Al Mutawa resigned from all positions with the Kriptech, including President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and as a Director. Bassam A.I. Al-Mutawa was appointed to the Kriptech International’s Board of Directors and as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary.
