Contents of the report: Pursuant to § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), the Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica"

  1. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) hereby communicate to the public the schedule of publication of periodical reports for 2016:


    1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports

      • Consolidated report for Q1 2016 - publication date - 16 May 2016

      • Consolidated report for Q3 2016 - publication date - 14 November 2016

    2. Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the period of 6 months ending on 30 June 2016 - publication date - 31 August 2016

    3. Stand-alone annual report for the period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2015 - publication date - 18 March 2016

    4. Consolidated annual report for the period of 12 months ending on 31 December 2015 - publication date - 18 March 2016


    Furthermore, pursuant to § 83 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will contain respectively quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements. Therefore the Issuer will not be publishing individual separate quarterly reports and an individual separate semi-annual report.


    Legal grounds: § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non -member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259).
