Pursuant to Section 29.3a of the Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe PUŁAWY Spółka Akcyjna submits information about an accidental breach of Best Practice 2021

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Puławy S.A. (the "Company") announces that a new draft resolution was tabled by a shareholder during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 5th 2021.

GENERAL MEETING, SHAREHOLDER RELATIONS

4.8. Draft resolutions of the general meeting on matters put on the agenda of the general meeting should be tabled by shareholders no later than three days before the general meeting.

The principle has been incidentally breached.

The Company's comment on the incidental breach of the above principle: The draft resolution for the Extraordinary General Meeting was tabled in connection with the fact that on the day preceding the Extraordinary General Meeting (October 4th 2021) the Chairman of the Supervisory Board tendered his resignation.

In the last two years there have been no incidental breaches of the principle:

From the effective date of Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021, i.e. from July 1st 2021 to today, there have been no incidental breaches of principle 4.8.
