Youkosha Co.,Ltd. signed a contract to acquire Koufu-en Co., Ltd. from Enjoy, K.K. on May 9, 2019. Under the transaction, Youkosha Co.,Ltd. will acquire 200 shares of Koufu-en Co., Ltd. Koufu-en Co., Ltd. will change its trade name to Youko Forest Tateyama Co., Ltd. on closing. For the year ending March 31, 2019, Koufu-en Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥123.6 million, net worth of ¥12.49 million, sales of ¥25.49 million, operating loss of ¥7.22 million and net income of ¥10.04 million. The transaction is expected to be completed on May 10, 2019.
