Youzu Interactive Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 27,152,828 shares at CNY 25.78 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 699,999,906 on January 4, 2017. The transaction involves the participation of Lin Qi for 1,939,487 shares, Chen Libiao for 775,795 shares, GF Securities Asset Management (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. for 1,163,692 shares, Guosheng Securities Co., Ltd. for 7,757,951 shares and Zhang Yunlei for 15.515.903 shares. The company received approval of CSRC.
