Yamashita Health Care Holdings,Inc. (TSE:9265) agreed to acquire remaining 63.2% stake in Microsonic Co., Ltd from Takasuke Irie for ¥19 million on May 30, 2024. Transaction is expected to complete on June 14, 2024.
YAMASHITA HEALTH CARE HOLDINGS,INC. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the sale of medical equipment. The Company operates through three business segments. The Medical Equipment Sales segment is engaged in the provision of general equipment, general medical consumables, endoscopes used in minimally invasive treatments, blood analyzers used in specialized fields, as well as medical equipment maintenance services and medical waste collection and transportation business. Medical Device Manufacture and Sale segment is engaged in the provision of implantable bone materials and other orthopedic implants products. The Medical Mall segment is engaged in the equipment leasing business and facilities management and operation business for medical clinics, dispensing pharmacies, day service facilities, fitness clubs and other health related facilities in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture. The Company also develops medical communication network business.
