Huoer Guosi Tonghai Equity Investment Co Ltd acquired 20% stake in Shenyang hejin Holding investment Co., LTD. (SZSE:000633) from LIMAC Corporation and Gongqingcheng Zhaoyin No. 9 Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for approximately CNY 810 million on October 28, 2016. Under the terms of the transaction, LIMAC Corporation will sale 29.6 million shares for approximately CNY 310 million representing 7.69% stake and Gongqingcheng Zhaoyin No. 9 Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will sale 47 million shares for approximately CNY 500 million representing 12.31% stake.
