Xiamen G & P Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 60,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 6, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Xiamen Guangpu Electronics Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300632) for CNY 45,000,000 and new investor Compro Lighting CO., Limited for CNY 15,000,000. Post the closing of the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 8,000,000 to CNY 68,000,000. The transaction was approved in the general manager office meeting.
Xiamen Guang Pu Electronics Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in manufacturing and sales of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The Company's products include LED lighting, LED packaging, artificial intelligence-Internet of things (AI-IoT) products, flexible printed circuit (FPC) boards, intelligent medical care system overall solutions, ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization products. The LED lighting products are comprised of commercial lighting, furniture lighting, industrial lighting, outdoor lighting and educational lighting. The AI-IoT products include photoelectric sensor devices and IoT control modules. The intelligent medical care system overall solutions include smart home, medical beauty and so on, which are used in hospitals, nursing homes and nursing institutions.
