WP Glimcher : Announces Tax Reporting Information for 2015 Distributions

WP Glimcher (NYSE:WPG) today announced the tax reporting information (Federal Form 1099) for 2015 distributions as shown below. The distributions relate to its common shares as well as Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, Series H Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest, and Series I Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Beneficial Interest.

On January 15, 2015, Washington Prime Group Inc. acquired Glimcher Realty Trust (GRT) in a stock and cash transaction of $10.40 in cash and 0.1989 of a share in WPG common stock per GRT common share.
