Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002622) signed an agreement to acquire 43.33% stake in Qiankang (Shanghai) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. from Zhou Bin, Tan Xiaoyang, Liu Xuejun and Beijing Woshi Investment Consultant Co., Ltd. for CNY 39 million on January 22, 2018. In a related transaction, Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. will carry out a capital increase of CNY 15 million in Qiankang (Shanghai) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. After the transactions, Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. will own 51.43% stake in Qiankang (Shanghai) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. The transaction shall be financed through own funds. The Board of Directors of Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. approved the transaction on January 22, 2018. Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002622) paid the the first transfer installment and completed the acquisition of 43.33% stake in Qiankang (Shanghai) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. from Zhou Bin, Tan Xiaoyang, Liu Xuejun and Beijing Woshi Investment Consultant Co., Ltd in March 2018.
