Qiankang (Shanghai) Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 15,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 22, 2018. The transaction will include participation from new investor Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002622), Beijing Woshi Investment Consultant Co., Ltd., Zhou Bin, Tan Xiaoyang, and Liu Xuejun. After completion of this transaction Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002622) will acquire 51.43% stake. As part of the transaction, CNY 1,705,000 will be added as registered capital and CNY 13,295,000 will be added as capital reserve. The transaction has been approved in 7th session 4th directorate of Rongyu Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002622) on January 22, 2018.
