Hyungjo Ahn cancelled the acquisition of 7.01% stake in IMAGINE ASIA Co.,Ltd. from Kim Woonseok and Ohsoon Choi.

Hyungjo Ahn signed a contract to acquire 7.01% stake in IMAGINE ASIA Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036260) from Kim Woonseok and Ohsoon Choi for KRW 3.6 billion on June 27, 2019. Hyungjo Ahn will acquire 1.5 million shares of IMAGINE ASIA from Kim Woonseok and will acquire 1 million shares of IMAGINE ASIA from Ohsoon Choi. Hyungjo Ahn will pay a deposit of KRW 2 billion to Kim Woonseok and will pay remaining balance of KRW 250 million on July 12, 2019. Hyungjo Ahn will pay consideration to Ohsoon Choi on July 12, 2019. The shares will be transferred on July 12, 2019.
