Changzhou WELLE Kitchen Waste Treatment Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 53.61 million on January 6, 2017. The transaction involves participation from investor Jiangsu WELLE Environmental Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300190). The company has been approved in the 10th meeting of the Company’s 3rd directorate held on January 6, 2017, and does not need the shareholders’ approval. The company now increase its registered capital will increase from CNY 56.39 million to CNY 110 million.
