WDX : CR 22/2017 – Acceptance of forklift rental agreement

The Management Board of WDX S.A. (The Company) with headquarters in Warsaw announces that on 23 August 2017 the Company - in connection with offer submitted on 23 August 2017 by the Crown Gabelstapler GmbH company of Feldkirchen (Germany) and concerning the WDX S.A. rental of internal storage forklift trucks for a period of 72 months - the aforesaid offer was accepted and actions are initiated to conclude a written agreement concerning this matter, and also to prepare WDX S.A. for performance under such agreement. Total value of contract, for the period of six years, will exceed the sum of PLN 6,770 thousand. Furthermore we do envisage the possibility of partial or total termination of contract prior to its 72-month rental term. Shall this occur on the action of the Crown Gabelstapler GmbH company of Feldkirchen (Germany), this company will be liable for pre-term buyout of rented equipment. WDX S.A. will announce the conclusion of agreement and its essential conditions in a separate current report.
