WDX : 27/2017 – Conclusion of final agreement

In connection with current report no. 22/2017 of 23 August 2017, pertaining to the 'Acceptance of forklift rental offer' the Management Board of WDX S.A. (The Company) with corporate headquarters in Warsaw announces that in the late afternoon of 29 November 2017 the Company received from the Crown Gabelstapler GmbH company of Feldenkirchen (Germany), through electronic communication means, a scanned agreement signed by Crown Gabelstapler GmbH with an object of rental, by WDX S.A., of a fleet of internal storage forklift trucks, with a 72-month term, with a total value, for the full period of 6 years in excess of PLN 6,110 thousand. The Management Board of the Company will execute the aforesaid agreement upon reception of its hardcopy from the aforesaid partner. The Agreement contains provisions that include, among others its partial or total termination prior to the 72-month rental term. Shall the aforesaid take place on the action of Crown Gabelstapler GmbH company this company will perform a pre-term buyout of rented objects. The remaining provisions of the said agreement are not different than the conditions commonly applicable in agreements of such type.
