WAM Research Limited Announces Fully Franked Interim Dividend for the Six Months Ended December 31, 2014 Payable on May 28, 2015

WAM Research Limited announced a fully franked interim dividend of 4.0 cents per share for the six months ended December 31, 2014, an increase of 6.7% on the previous corresponding period, representing an annualized dividend yield of 6.8% (based on the last closing price). The record date for this interim dividend is May 20, 2015. The interim dividend will be paid on May 28, 2015 and shares will trade ex on May 18, 2015.
The ex-dividend date has been set later than usual to give full flexibility to shareholders to make a decision around their bonus option holding.
