Walker & Dunlop Provides $28.6M for Properties in Texas Walker & Dunlop Provides $28.6M for Properties in Texas Bethesda, Maryland - January 8, 2015 - Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (NYSE: WD) ("Company") announced today it recently provided $28,625,000 for three multifamily properties in Texas.

Walker & Dunlop's team, led by Dallas-based vice president, Alex Inman, was able to expedite the loan origination process on all three deals due to his expertise in the Texas market and the longevity of the Company's client relationships.
Mr. Inman originated the $12,750,000 loan for Kensington Park, a 256-unit apartment complex in Irving, TX. The Walker
& Dunlop team structured a 10-year loan with three years of interest only, utilizing Fannie Mae's Moderate Rehab Program for a long-time Walker & Dunlop borrower. The unique loan structure provided the borrower with program advantages, such as permitting the loan to value on an 'as renovated' value, and allowing the borrower to finance a significant portion of the renovations, eliminating the need for a bridge loan upon acquisition.
Mr. Inman provided the $13,275,000 Fannie Mae acquisition loan for Coffee Creek Apartments in Fort Worth, TX utilizing 1031 exchange funds. In order to meet the timing needs of the borrower, Mr. Inman and his team structured and rate locked the loan within a very tight timeline to meet the borrowers exchange timing, enabling the borrower to expedite the loan process and quickly close.
Mr. Inman recently structured a Fannie Mae, non-recourse, cash-out refinance loan, with 75% LTV for Woodchase Apartments in Irving, TX. Built in 1981, this Class B property with 74-units recently underwent a large renovation project increasing the overall property value. This $2,600,000 loan paid off the borrower's recourse bridge loan.
