Vt Holdings Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7593) acquired Caterham Cars Group Limited from Anthony Francis Fernandes and Kamarudin Bin Meranun on April 1, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, VT Holdings will purchase 27.704 million of shares and 3.25 million Redeemable preferred stock. VT Holdings is proud to welcome Caterham to the group. As of December 31, 2020, Caterham Cars Group Limited reported total assets of £6.006 million, and net assets of £5.945 million.
