Bridget Duffy, MD, will be a guest speaker at the iHealth 2014 Conference, January 30-February 1 in Orlando, Florida, hosted by the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA).

Dr. Duffy's presentation, "Is Technology Making Us Less Human," will be held on Friday, January 31, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST. During this iHealth session, Dr. Duffy will discuss the importance of creating seamless patient care journeys using technologies that restore the human connection. She will also connect the dots between efficiency, quality, and safety, and ways for hospitals to ease the burden of illness by improving care coordination and communication.
