Nguyen Van Quang agreed to acquire an unknown stake in CCS VNPT., Joint Stock Company from Viteco Vietnam Telecommunications Technology Joint Stock Company (HNX:VIE) for VND 900 million on August 15, 2019. Nguyen Van Quang will acquire 90,000 shares at a price of VND 10,000 per share. Board of Viteco Vietnam Telecommunications Technology approved the transaction.
