Vissem Electronics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072950) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1,500 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Mirae Asset Daewoo Co., Ltd. The purpose of repurchase program is to stabilize the stock price. The repurchase program will be valid till March 4, 2018. As of September 3, 2017, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
