Vintage Wine Estates, Inc. agreed to acquire Tamarack Cellars from Coleman family on January 12, 2018. The Tamarack acquisition includes inventory, grower contracts and the tasting room. Winemaker Danny Gordon will continue in his role and all Tamarack Cellars personnel will be retained.
The deal is expected to close on January 16, 2018. Erik McLaughlin of Metis acted as broker to the deal.
