Invitation for Bid: "Consult and Support UAT for CoreBanking"

VietinBank is preparing to announce an international bid for "Consult and Support UAT for CoreBanking" within the project of "Consult and Support UAT Execution for CoreBanking Project".

VietinBank would like to invite both domestic and international bidders who are eligible and qualified to submit their bid, as follows:

- A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interesed bidders at the Financial Accouting Management Department - VietinBank Head Office- 108 Tran Hung Dao - Hoan Kiem - Ha Noi, from 8 a.m., January 27th, 2014, to 9 a.m., February 27th, 2014 (during office hours). The price for each bidding document is USD 1000 (one thousand Dollas) or  VND 21,000,000 (twenty one million Vietnamese dong). Upon purchasing bidding documents, Bidders' representatives  are required to have reference letters and personal ID or passport.

- Bidding documents must be submitted to Administration Department (room 404 - 406) - VietinBank Headquarter - 108 Tran Hung Dao - Hoan Kiem - Ha Noi. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration, as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidder' representatives are required to bring reference letters, personal ID or passport when submitting bid and attending bid opening.

- Bids must be delivered at or before 9 a.m., February 27th, 2014. Bids will be publicly opened at 9.30 a.m., February 27th, 2014 at VietinBank- Project Management Office- 8th floor-183 Nguyen Luong Bang - Dong Da - Ha Noi with the presence of the bidders' representatives who submitted the bid.
