Cresco Financial Advisors Sp Z.O.O. signed an agreement to acquire 54.85% stake in Viatron Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:VIA) from Skystone Capital Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:SKC) for PLN 3 million on June 10, 2014. Skystone Capital will sell its 0.6 million shares.
