Viad Corp has entered into an agreement to acquire Jasper Tramway Acquisition Corporation for CAD 25 million.

Viad Corp (NYSE:VVI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Jasper Tramway Acquisition Corporation for CAD 25 million on June 26, 2024. Viad Corp will pay CAD 25 million (approximately $18 million U.S. dollars) for the Jasper SkyTram, which represents an adjusted EBITDA buy-in multiple of approximately 7x. Transaction is Subject to approvals by Parks Canada and expected to close in July.

Jasper SkyTram expected to add revenue of approximately $4 million, expressed in U.S. dollars(CAD 5.5 million), with an adjusted EBITDA margin that is accretive to Pursuit?s overall margin.
