Vision Real Estate Partners, LLC acquired 610,000-square-foot portfolio on Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) for $46.4 million on December 9, 2016. John Alascio and John Spreitzer from Cushman & Wakefield arranged for the financing of the transaction.
Vision Real Estate Partners, LLC completed the acquisition of 610,000-square-foot portfolio on Eisenhower Parkway in Roseland from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) on December 9, 2016.
