Bergman Real Estate Group, Hornig Capital Partners and Eightfold Real Estate Capital acquired 160,000 Square Foot Office Building in Princeton from Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) on January 8, 2021. JLL Capital Markets arranged a $14.1 million acquisition loan through Amherst Capital Management.
