Vectura Group plc provided financial guidance for the second half and full year of 2020. The Group expects to maintain momentum on the execution of its services based strategy during the second half of 2020. Revenues from existing co-development contracts are expected to be broadly similar to 2019, with the majority being milestone based and recognised in second half of 2020. Revenue from newly signed CDMO contracts is expected to begin to complement these revenues in the second half of the year, with revenue in the range of £3m million to £5m expected in second half of 2020. Approval of VR315 (US) second half of 2020 would trigger milestones to Vectura of $11 million, with a mid-teen percentage royalty on net sales of the product. Whilst continued growth of flutiform® in-market partner sales is expected in 2020, Vectura product supply revenues for the full year are expected to be in the range £92 million to £95 million (2019: £101.4 million).
