HEROZ, Inc. entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 32.31% stake in Vario Secure Inc. from iSigma Business Advancement Fund 2, managed by iSigma Partners Corporation for ¥1.9 billion.

HEROZ, Inc. (TSE:4382) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 32.31% stake in Vario Secure Inc. (TSE:4494) from iSigma Business Advancement Fund 2, managed by iSigma Partners Corporation for ¥1.9 billion on September 10, 2021. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, HEROZ, Inc., shall acquire around 1.22 million shares in Vario Secure Inc., at ¥1,600 per share. The transaction has been resolved upon by the Board of Directors of Vario Secure Inc. The transaction is expected to complete on September 13, 2021.
