STATEMENT ON INCIDENT INVOLVING STAR CENTURION

Vallianz Holdings Limited ("Vallianz" or the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to inform that a tanker had collided into a pipelaying vessel that is managed by the Group's subsidiary, Vallianz Offshore Marine Pte. Ltd. ("VOM").

VOM was appointed as the Shipmanager of the pipelaying vessel, Star Centurion by Mr Lim Keng Peo, the Receiver & Manager acting for and on behalf of her registered owner, Trevaskis Ltd.

The Star Centurion had been at anchor at outer port limits of Singapore waters since 8 January 2019 when she was collided into by the Antea, a Hong Kong-flagged chemicals/product tanker at about 6:16 am on 13 January 2019. The Antea is owned by PT Pertamina Persero and operated by Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Singapore) Pte. Ltd..

There has been no report of injuries or casualties arising from this incident. All 22 crew on board Star Centurion are safe. VOM deployed personnel to the location of the incident and made arrangements to bring the crew back to Singapore on 14 January 2019 morning.

The incident has resulted in damage primarily to the portside of the Star Centurion and she is now keeling to port at her anchored position. VOM has mobilised tug boats to the location to ensure safety within the area.

VOM is continuing to provide assistance to the relevant authorities and parties as required. The Group wishes to inform shareholders that there is no material financial impact arising from this incident and its business operations are continuing normally.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material updates or developments.
