U.S. Century Bank has appointed Jim Aguiles senior vice president and head of small business lending. Aguiles joined U.S. Century Bank in 2003 as part of the credit underwriting division and served most recently as a member of the commercial lending unit. As head of the small business lending division, he will oversee, manage and coordinate the Small Business Lending division for loan origination, production and business development activities in an effort to increase customer relationships at U.S. Century Bank.
