BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ US Ecology Inc. (ECOL) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $3.6 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Boise, Idaho-based company said it had net income of 11 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 13 cents per share.

The radioactive and hazardous waste services company posted revenue of $261.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported net income of $5.3 million, or 17 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $988 million.
