He has significant experience leading and closing M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side through varying economic and business conditions.

It creates indoor cultivation facilities to grow specialty crops, including cannabis as well as produce such as leafy greens, vegetables, herbs and berries. It provides its clients with design-build service offerings that include architectural, interior, and engineering design, construction and construction management, as well as services for the operational stages of the facility.
