UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust hereby announce as follows:

	A final dividend of ₦0.22 per unit, subject to appropriate withholding tax and
Proposed	approval will be paid to unitholders whose names appear in the Register of
Dividend	Members as at the close of business on 16th May 2024.

Closure of
Register	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 17th - 23rd May 2024.
Qualification Date	16th May 2024
	On 24th May 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to unit holders whose
	names appear on the Register of Members as at 16th May, 2024 and who have
	completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their
Payment Date	dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to
	download the Registrar's E-DividendMandate Activation Form, which is also
