The Board of Directors of United Financial Bancorp, Inc. declared a cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.10 per share for the fourth quarter of 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 6, 2015 and payable on February 17, 2015.
United Financial Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company.
